I suffer from multiple auto-immune diagnosis which I treat naturally with herbal supplements, diet, and exercise, along with energy healing, binaural frequency healing, as well as a few other techniques. I feel we must own our feelings and emotions, bring them up, observe them and release them. I'm sorry you had to go through all of this, and it's so hard to sit with the reasons beings come here to go through pain of this level. Even if we can grasp at the bigger picture, it doesn't feel like anything close to a justification here at the ground level. I'm humbled by the strength and resilience you've demonstrated, and keep modeling for others, and am simply in awe and amazement at everything you're doing now in support of yourself, your healing, and healing the collective.
